imo, they're just equally strong.
Detonators is to push away enemy from u (more push with the sarge passive)
Prison of souls to pull enemy towards you (good for perseverance and throwing combos)
Even though his perseverance skill is amazing and underrated his revenge for fallen is purely broken 🥵 we don't have any chance of come back with kotl

Detonators increase your damage and pushes your opponent away , Whereas this weapon does the opposite 😂 so both of them are good if used with different talent build

Ive always use that perserverance talent but not experience. Perserverance is better for defense and Enemies was shocked after I used them

It depends on how you play Sarge and what build you use for him. The other weapon ,,Detonators'' deals more damage and pushes the opponent back. And I think it's better. While this weapon drags them to you. But still if you like playing sarge you can go for it, but also do you have enough gems to be able to get it? If you have like for 6,8,10 spins or so it's not guaranteed that your gonna get it. But yea it worth it. You decide.

Perseverance is the worst talent ever because no one will attack Sarge in shadow form and even if they do, you can always punish them even without that talent.
