That pillow is the "Elsweyr Pillow, Night Blues Wide." It along with most of the other Elsweyr lootable items seen on that same table can be stolen from wardrobes and cabinets throughout Northern Elsweyr. It is a fairly rare drop, but farmable.

The collection is sadly missing... Books! The Clockwork themed readable display items are some of my favorite housing items. How about Clockwork automaton body parts? Also, a cake room. The image gallery is on point. Where's the other colored yarn ball? How about the khajiit brazier from Grahtwood daily? Wonderful to see some of the never before seen! ⭐
estimated value PC NA.... one hundred billion dollars. hehe. i find it hilarious the amount of times noobs or clueless players have destroyed or sold some of these items to in game merchants to be forgotten for eternity. all jokes aside, there is something ominous and powerful about this housing collection. almost illuminati like. impressive.
I'm not sure about xbox bc that's where this is, but on PC NA, especially before update 41, it def is. Those morrowind banners were selling for like hundreds of millions each iirc. This is a pretty wild collection.
He mentions in the video, the wall art collection consists of "all available in game". And mentions, for example, some are ESO+ monthly items. It's varing degrees of rarity and having a complete collection of a set of particular items.
I didn’t realize some of these furnishings I have just lying around are so rare 😮 I am an avid music box collector. I’m almost positive I have every one of them up to now. Ive been trying to figure out how to display them. Amazing build 🫶🏼

Impressive but also a lot of the rare paintings can be bought from the crown furniture store as well so those ones are not that rare.
