I'm checked and I'm pretty sure its the HPI #4451 , check them out , looks the same 2.2 Inch.

I should wait to the end of the video to comment XD Yeah, the Falcom wheels and tyres are the same as Striker/Sonic Fighter and GH2. I do wonder if the Falcon had less bracing on the inside of the wheel center as the later ones, I know the first Generation Fox (and Wild One) had no webbing at all and the wheels distorted a lot, the chrome plating did not hang about long. Also the drive adaptor (disc with 4 holes to fit the pins on the rim) were a larger diameter so you can't fit a Super Hornet rim to an early Fox because that hub won't fit in the new bracing of the wheel to engage those 4 pins.
