I think with the peg board wall it gives you the flexibility of adding more shelves or taking some away not necessarily moving them around a lot.

Freaking amazing job well done on the project! So much personal touches while not compromising on functionality or aesthetics. Small gripe would be the specks on the camera lens which I noticed from awhile back, kept thinking there were black mold spots on your paint 😅

Didn't know ABR had Constellations on vinyl!!!! I love seeing all your projects together in one place after following over the last year or so. My favorites are definitely the big ones like the built-in shelves, they feel less disconnected. For your next big project please don't get those cheap Amazon chairs though! They don't hold up and are way overused. Can't wait to see what you come up with next!

I still think painting your shower hardware was a good idea. If you used a good self-etching primer or adhesion promoter for metal, it should be fine. The DIY spirit and cost saving move is great.

If you are going to Airbnb/rent that - fix the kitchen joist else there might be a lawsuit. That episode on removing the kitchen wall and replacing support beam was not done properly. Plenty of structural engineers mentioned as well.
