Really dope of you to allow us to take a peek behind the curtains and not only let us see some of the magic you do to make these cars unique but actually explain it in depth! Looking forward to more videos.

Hi there so... Here is some advice....
Where you've cut, try stitching the plastics together as it will be as strong.
Aka pointed soldering iron. Takes a little practice, smells but works.
Also where your catching, if you use a hairdryer (wife secret) if it's good it will hear the plastics so you can push them out of the way. Using something in your hand!
A heat gun works, but careful not to over heat.
Also a little concerned on the rear axle wear in the body and the weak point. Check out pillow bearings.
You can fit them by using a flat bar and drilling so that they firm hold through the body.. you'll have bearings then ;)
I've just started up doing custom4kidz here in the UK, but used to build real custom cars back in the day.
I'm interested in the air ride systems for such a small car...

I appreciate the advice, I really do. The thing I'd like to point out about these videos is that I'm trying to keep it as simplified as possible. I keep in mind that not everyone has certain tools, and mechanical know how as others so I do these videos trying to keep it as basic and simple as possible. There are multiple ways to go about lowering these toys, this is the simplest way without getting too technical with it is what I'm getting at. As far as the rear shaft is concerned, unless I'm doing bearings on the wheels themselves there's no need to do anything extra. If I were to go further into making it stronger it'll be more of a situation where I make brackets for the outer drilled holes but once again, it'll get a little more technical and make the videos longer than they already are. Besides, from experience the way it's done in the video is good enough to handle the child's weight and furthermore the shafts are stationary so no need for bearings or bushings unless it's on the wheels. It's a different story if an adult tries to sit in it which is highly not recommended.

I think the video is good. And can be done. On the rear axle as you say, I assume you use nylon runners or something similar.
I find that the zone for adjustment fall outside of a design point therefore require support to retain what it needs.

Camber on the rear of this car is easy, it's the front that's going to be a challenge.
