This would be about perfect for this empty nester. Plenty of room without getting carried away. Love the built in bench in the breakfast nook. The thing I don't care for is the tiny laundry room, really just a hallway with a washer/dryer in it. For me, think I'd lose the office and make that a big closet/laundry room. Looking forward to the Mike and Haley show.
Nice review! Can you and Haley do a review of Lifestyle homes? They are In Melbourne Florida, but build in Indian river county and the space coast of Florida as well, they are a luxury builder. More specifically their model in Bent Pine Preserve in Vero Beach, Florida would be a nice review I think. They are a full custom builder. Me and my partner would love your take on their homes. CONGRATULATIONS on actually removing the actual use of the word "actual" from your verbal description. I know correcting that takes a lot of effort. Great job! My next suggestion would be to try slowing down your speech. Right now, it often seems rushed, which often is driven by being nervous. The nervousness will stop when you are more comfortable with the pace of your speech. I think doing this will increase your likeability, confidence and success. The best of luck to you and Haley!
