I was supposed to get one but two of our altos left and if I got the bari there would only be one alto that could play (thankfully the new guys are doing good and making an effort)
I really like the sound of the 4 different sax... I also play sopan sax and alto sax since 10 years...and I love it.. really nice guy amd good luck for your future

As somebody who went from tenor to baritone, it isnt that best experience because i had to really learn the embrochure again (loosening up my jaw and not tightening around the mouthpiece). Though maybe scores might be easier, i feel like for the first few months you might get frustrated over the change in tone and sound as well. The low notes really require a lot of air and a relatively loose embrochure. I think its best to just stick with the tenor :)
Gabriel You really should switch to bari :) I went from Tenor to bari in elementary school and honestly it's not as bad of avtrabsition as people say. Tenor normally gets some melodies but bari gets bass line and I think the bass line cab be quite fun! Good luck :)
Gabriel I played clarinet then tenor in jazz band for a couple months then marched baritone with my cadets. My switch from tenor to baritone was just fine. Tenor has more melody and the instruments are in different keys (tenor is Bb and Baritone is Eb) but like the other comments; I didn’t have to change my embrochure at all and I had no problems:) Good luck!

Gabriel dont go to baritone go to alto. Its so much better. Not hating or anything but bari only gives melody like the french horn.
And just saying, the music is completely different. Usually people go from alto to bari, as the transition isn't that bad
