For me, Wrestlemania 40 as a whole was pretty much perfect.....Even though Night one had a few matches that either shouldn't have been there(LWO vs LDP and JC, EST and Naomi vs DMG CTRL) or missed the mark (Jey vs Jimmy) The rest of the night more than made up for it to be at least considered a good solid show. Then night 2 just smashed it out of the park, they got everything right........I can't ask for anything more......I mean they will never ever make a perfect show, but that was as close to it as possible, all the right people one, the fans deserved to go home happy after a Wrestlemania and this time we did.
Same, but it didn't matter because Seth yet again got in the head of Roman, he finished what he started, he created the beast that Roman became, he ended that, he also lived up to his promise to Cody of "At Wrestlemania.......I will be your Shield" He took 2 hits for Cody to be able to endure and win the Championship, I mean he even gave up his title......and the World Heavyweight Championship IS SETH's TITLE........Damian is just keeping it warm (btw I'm so happy Damian won it, he deserves that too). Seth was the absolute workhorse of Wrestlemania 40, fuck he is so fucking good, we're so lucky to have him. Cody and Roman also put in a monster effort with Wrestlemania, props to them.
Why is everyone expecting Austin? It won’t make sense in the Bloodline storyline. As for Taker, well Reigns is one of the 2 in 25 and 2 at Wrestlemania. Austin has no interaction of any kind to Reigns.
Because the final boss was the target. Not reigns in that particular spot. The rock ended Austins career at wrestlemania. They have an all time great rivalry. It would have been almost a payback for the triple rock bottom finish at mania all those years ago. But you're right Taker also has history both with reigns and rock.
Main Event: Avengers Assemble. Wrestlemania 40 was phenomenal.......I mean night 1 was entertaining, the 3 middle matches were crap, but the 2 openers and 2 closers made it at least a good show. Night 2 smashed it out of the park.
