    Didn't realize with the 1st narc marriage....so a second narc marriage was required to drive the message home. 30 years, I think I got it finally.

    I am experiencing peace in my daily life & during meditations i feel palpitations throughout the body but not mystical experience as such.... will you call this stage 2?

    The glimpse was the most magical . I wish I could describe it.
    Find it again. Since then... seeking. Misery. Exhaustion. Depression, anxiety. And more seeking.... fearing I won't "reach it" again

    • @whalhard
      @whalhard หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Same. First glimpse 20 years ago. Had no idea what it was. Took 18 years before the second glimpse and I've had the 5th not long ago. I feel something brewing but just take it as it comes.
      After the first I began seeking and got totally lost in the spirituality world for years.
      You know what it was and it's real. It should not take you that long, but who knows. In the meanwhile try just to gratefully enjoy the actual moment, just because it exists.
      Take care.

    • @Adubz84
      @Adubz84 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @whalhard I guess there is no process or method to what this is. But the seeking is like an addiction.
      There were a lot of signs and syncs also. But I'm assuming that's just my misinterpreting the randomness and putting it into the story of 'me' very confusing. No meaning. No answers. No energy. just eating and sleeping happening between the seeking.
      I actually miss my old life. Drinking and partying and unsuccessfully pursuing miss world. Working out, playing sports and feeling alive.
      There doesn't seem to be any positives at all. Besides the glimpse. Which is now only a distant memory.
      Very strange. But thank you for your insight. ❤️

    • @whalhard
      @whalhard หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @Adubz84 yeah it sure can be addictive, that's why taking a break once in a while can be a good thing.
      I do believe meditation can help a glimpse to last longer just by being used to just being the witness. I don't really practice it a lot myself though... maybe I should. A course in miracles lays it out pretty well too for me, with great exercises.
      Anyhow, may the next glimpse last forever!😅

    I know some truths and I went pretty deep a few years ago. I had out of body experiences but suddenly I had a scary experience where I was sucked into a vortex of energy. It was almost like a door. On the other side was absolute death. I rejected it, ran away and didnt meditate for years. I know that if I really prioritize meditation, I can find it again. It really is about discovering what is already here. The more I accept, the deeper I go. It seems to have no end. You just know that you know that you know that you know forever and ever.

    As an observer, your video went like this: "MMmmm, I guess I'm past stage 1? Ohhh yeah, I'm at stage 2 for sure because this, that and that!! Oh wait, it's definitely stage 3 because I've experienced this also! Wait a minute, I know exactly what stage 4 is! Stage 5? Nahh. It's not permanent! Wait... Can I be in stage 1, 2 3 and 4 at the same time?"
    It was definitely funny seeing my head going crazy about all this stages thing! Thank you, it was a great video!

    • @sunyateaching
      @sunyateaching  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you. Stage 5 eradicates all doubts and questions. It literally renders the seeking of answers, experiences, realisations or learnings as no longer required 🙏❤️

    Another cracking video. Only thing to add is that the environment around you contributes to an extent.

    • @sunyateaching
      @sunyateaching  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      People have awoken stepping onto a bus (Suzanne Segal), being in prison (Satyam Nadeem), lying on the floor of an Indian house (Ramana Maharshi) so I would argue environment doesn't contribute. Other than the fact, of course, that the environment IS you, just as ALL is you. So awakening itself is contributing to the awakening of itself in all ways. No separation.

    Separation, awareness experiencing other than itself. Ego is not a mistake.

    Excellent clarity and directness 🙏🙏 During Stage 4, the "I get this intellectually but it isn't my experience" can be an example of mental denial. "This is it? Really? But I wanted something more exciting!" i.e., the confusion arises because the accurate statement is "This IS the non-dual experience, I just can't accept it intellectually." In other words, I don't get it intellectually! Ah, the machinations of the ego,
