I have felt worn out, tired and exhausted. So many days I am perplexed. I have been waking up between 3am-5am almost every morning. I read the Word of God. Most days, I am so exhausted that I don’t know what to say or pray 🙏🏾 so I just pray 🙏🏾 in the Holy Spirit. God has been giving me daily bread, strength, courage and wisdom to endure. Thank you 🙏🏾 and May God continuously bless you and your family!!! ❤🥹🙏🏾🙌🏾❤️
Melatonin is a good sleep aid. TH-cam it. Walmart brand is a good brand of melatonin 10mg about 1 to 2 hours before bed. Don't have caffeine late in the day. None after lunch or for sure 2:00pm.
@@lisasisk3713 thanks 🙏🏾 for this information. I have tried a few melatonin brands. However, I have never tried the Walmart brand. Also, I will tweak when and how much coffee ☕️ that I drink. Thank you 🙏🏾

Please pray for me. I've been praying & fasting for so long for help physically (Lupus), Mental/Emotionally, along with financial help, and nothing is changing. I don't want to do Life anymore and have no reason to stay here since my Mom died last year. (she was the only reason I stayed this long). I am Single, no kids, and have no revelation of why I exist or why I'm woken up each day. I receive this IJN. Amen 🙏🏽✝️
