    Sir cyclo alkane also shows G.I then why not include that too as a sysyem in the last qeustion?13:46
    And we also get mirror images which are non superimposible for some ring compounds,What about them?

    In 6th question, the optical rotation of 1st cmpd is zero where as for 2nd cmpd is not equal to zero ,but for cmpds to be optical isomers the optical rotation should be +α and -α

    2:31 shouldn't the answer be 8.....like ring also shows GI so and cis configuration means .....either both groups are lying below the plane or both above the plane that means 2 possibility....and 4 possibility cis and trans of two alkenes .........answwr should be 2×4=8 ????

    at 11:43 will the compound not be diastereomers bcoz in 1st(2S,3R) while in 2nd (2S,3S) is present????

      i m trying to answer it.. hope it explains.. concept is diastereomers are pair of stereoisomers .. that means the pair has to be stereoisomer of each other.. meaning their structure and molecular formula should be same.. only the orientation in space should be different! Since relative position of atoms in changed.. we cant call them diastereoisomers.

    Sir in question 7 it can also be distereomer as it satisfies the condition.
    Optically active compound which are not mirror image of each other

      no yeh steriomer hi nahi hai toh I guess OI Ka sawal hi nhi hota bcoz d iasteriomers are those compounds which have same structure but are not mirror images of each other yaha structure hi same nhi hai

    Sir in question 7 if v rotate the 2nd compound and then see the configuration then it will make the pairs diastereomers

    But sir in example 2 POS is about CC and TT so why we don't count them as one as rotating one we will get other

      Ok.... when You try to rotate them nd u will get not the exact same or identical compound because symmetry is passes through benzene's center
      And
      When u rotate TT u will get the TT as well
      As well as CC too
      They are fully different

      Double Bond Equivalent or Degree Of Unsaturation
      DOU/DBE = (C+1) - {(H+X-N)/2} where C is number of Carbon, H is number of Hydrogen, X is number of Halogens and N is number of Nitrogen.
