Beautiful vlog! I loved visiting Addis Ababa through your eyes. I have spent days there but I I went there specifically for my Ethiopian friend’s wedding, so I didn’t get to do do a lot of touring! Good to know these places for the next time I visit.
Ooo so you got to experience the culture on your visit and I got to experience more of the tourism on my end. I didn't really do anything cultural while there. I didn't even eat Ethiopian food while there but I'm glad I got to explore a bit and share all of it. Thank you for watching, Es!
@mutomboinprogress You have done a lot for the short time you have been staying in Ethiopia 🇪🇹 And you're always welcome to Ethiopia, and I have enjoyed your video. Thank you so much for showing me my beloved country💚💛❤️
Yeah very beautiful. But I want you to understand that this is just a part oh. In that same Addis, they also have quarters that resemble our small quarters back home but this video is for tourism and the truth is that they have invested a lot in developing their parks and natural environment so that’s what I wanted to showcase… u get me?
You did an amazing job showing us the beauty of Africa’s heart…Ethiopia. Another African perspective is gold. I love how you said sheromeda. You girls look so pretty. I am glad the officer made your visa quick in the airport…we Africans need to unite and trade with each other. I want to see Kenyan/Ghanaian/Nigerian restaurants and clothings sold in Ethiopia. We Africans need to trade and travel around Africa Thank you ❤🎉
The whole continenet was Ethiopia, european colonizers divided it and renamed it Africa. The great Ethiopian renaissance is around the corner, Ethiopia will rise again.

Extremely expensive. I hear it’s bcoz they are trying to promote Ethiopian-made products and discourage importation. I actually need to read up on it

Hahaha I put the conversions on the screen. Take note of the currencies oh! It costs 850 Birr (Ethiopian currency), not 850 XAF (CEMAC currency). 850 birr is 9,200 frs/XAF. There’s nowhere else that I’ve seen such a small block of butter so expensive.
@@yonas2828 🤣🤣🤣 It's very possible. We were cooking at home. The only time we ate out was the coffee and banana bread for breakfast at work and then for the brunch at the end and that wasn't traditional Ethiopian food.

I was there in March. I’ve transited in Addis (slept in a hotel overnight) at various times of the year and I always found it cold. Maybe because I arrived at night and left in the morning but yeahh, it’s colder than what I’m used to back home
It only make sense if inflation due to international currencies fluctuations is causing to the rest of the world. You can’t afford to import you’re better off encouraging the domestic market. That’s why the Kenyan president go around and encouraging African should trade in local currency. To mitigate the high inflation posed by strong foreign currency not due to African markets
