One of Mans greatest achievements. Amazing! Voyager 1 and 2

Launched in 1977, Voyager has gone where no craft has gone before. Originally meant to last for 5 years, the original craft is still sending back data from outside our solar system. More attention should be put to this accomplishment.

I understand how it might be hard to fathom the idea that we are communicating with a craft that far away, but to be honest The voyager probes are primitive, they don't power themselves and they cannot change course, all they can do is send back data in the form of binary code or images. It's how we got the blue dot image of Earth. So there is no remote control of any kind.
