❤i love Tina and all of her recommendations. Im a middle aged dark skinned black woman and I take care of my skin and I love Clinique , Origins and some things from other American brands and my favorite K Beauty is from Cosrx
I am glad that I found your channel and this video. I have been loving the Round Lab and thinking about getting the Soybean cream. Thank you Tina for the honest review about the cream that helps me make my decision about purchasing! 😊
My skin usually works the same as yours but given that the Round Lab Soybean Cream is one of the only options for me that are lasting long enough on my skin, I must be even more parched. :D Seriously recommend this one for everyone who needs a cream that doesn’t disappear instantly to leave your skin dry after a minute. This one from Round Lab, the Purito Dermide Relief Barrier Cream, Purito Dermica Cica Barrier Sleeping Pack, LRP’s Cicaplast Baume B5 and Klairs Rich Soothing Cream are the only ones that are enough for me.
I’m just so jealous and these type of masks fit on Tina’s cute face perfectly. I have another one from Sana and one from Saborino, but they small for my European face. There’s a 1.5 cm-ish missing around the sides even though I stretch them to fit better. 😂😂
Yay! Hits & misses is back!! Also-- I can't find which video of yours it was in but I just got the Eyebon eye wash and I'm so excited to try it. I'm that person that just always gets 10,000 things in my eye. And we have eye wash here in the US but the cup is WAY less ergonomic and it doesn't come in a fun (and ENORMOUS) pink bottle. I never would have expected a beauty influencer to come up with an eye wash recommendation so THANK YOU.
Japanese sunscreens seem to have really enjoyable formulas, however I stay away from them because they almost without exception contain those old-school irritating filters that my skin cannot tolerate, like Octinoxate (the main filter in the Nivea Gel). I wish they would stop using these since there's better alternatives anyways. Luckily the Korean sunscreens mostly rely on modern filters which I have no problems with.
The Laneige emulsion has been my staple for so long - it absolutely does help with skin barrier issues, maybe not noticeable when you’re using it but obvious when you stop 🥲 Thanks for the thoughtful video as always 💖
As someone with normal skin, one of my favourite toners for the winter is the soybean toner by Roundlab. It is a milky type toner, but does not have that greasy feeling and can be built up if you need more hydration! I haven’t tried the moisturiser as it would probably be too thick for me but I know the toner is good, would love to know what you think of it Tina if you haven’t tried it already 😅
The nivea is the best body sunscreen I've ever tried, even compared to other Japanese sunscreens. I hate when body sunscreens are sticky on my arms and transfer to everything. I feel comfortable putting on a jacket on top of it when it gets cold at night without ruining my clothes. I picked up the new Kose essence to replace it since that's what my local AB store was carrying, but I miss the Nivea - it's so much more dry touch.
Oh! About that cream from Round Lab! I have their Calming Mugwort Cream and I can say I’ve fallen in love with it! First I take some nice toners and essence(s) with ferments and/or ginseng like the one ginseng from Beauty of Joeson and the Real Ferment Micro Essence from Neogen. I also love the I’m from Mugwort essence. Then I love to put some Ma:nyo Bifida Biome Complex Ampoule and then the Round Lab Calming Mugwort Cream. The first time I did this, I had a somewhat compromised skin barrier and my skin was a little bit irritated but already after the first try, having it on over night, I felt much better. My skin was like 😌😌😌 Yea I really want to praise the Calming Mugwort Cream from Round Lab ❤
I'm so glad you reviewed the Roundlab soybean cream! The 1025 Dokdo cream is my holy grail, but I was considering the Soybean one for the nourishing/anti aging benefits. After ur review I'm still on the fence, but would love to know ur final thoughts once you finish it (or dont) ☺
Naturium is one of my new favorite brands. I have a bunch of their serums and find they work better / are less irritating than Ordinary and Inkey List. Cos De Baha is also a good no frills brand focused on active %s like the other 3 brands above
I love that water resistant Nivea UV Deep Protect & Care Gel sunscreen for my body. It worked wonderfully when we were at the Orlando Universal Studios in the hot summer time. The only issue I have with that one is it stings my eyes quite badly so I can only use it for my body. I used the water resistant Biore UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence sunscreen for my face and it never stung my eyes even after re-application or after one of those water rides.
Hi Tina! Can you do a video on your favorite emulsions? I’ve been wanting to incorporate one into my morning routine but I would love to have more options to choose from as it’s kind of difficult to find a video on just emulsion products. Btw, i do have the same skin type as you do, definitely a dry skin girl 😅
Tina could you also take a look at some new products for Muji, they expanded their skincare range I saw in Japan. In particular their creamy milk toner, I bought a travel size to try but would love your thoughts!
Yes I lovee the nivea deep protect for body as well! And I think a lot of the reviews on @cosme mentioned body use. Sunscreen getting on clothes is a nightmareee the way I gasped 😂
I was bummed with sana bulk masks too. Cant remember which one I grabbed but I agree it was pretty dry compared to other bulk masks and it was just nothing special to me. I also felt the mask material was really cheap.
Ok hear me out is it a crazy idea to use sheet masks that come in packages like that as a cleansing face wipe kinda like how toner pads I use sometimes as a cleansing wipe in the morning ? Or maybe rinse face with water in the morning then put the sheet mask on and use as wipe after use ?
Ive been using the round lab soy bean foam cleanser and it smells awful. (And I'm not easily put off by smells.. I quite like earthy smells like mugwort etc).. I wont repurchase as it smells of vomit to me! However the soy bean oil cleanser is quite nice and definitely something I woukd repurchase
Oooooh you cut your intro 👀 can someone please tell me what she usually says in Japanese 😅 ive tried to look it up but havent had much luck, it sounds like 'shijai naiyo' 🙏🏻
Glad to see you feature Naturium! All of their products are amazing. My favourite is their glow getter oil body wash. If you can get it buy one and you’ll fall in love! ❤
I’ve noticed that Japanese skincare doesn’t have ingredients as good as Kbeauty, Japanese skincare often contains nasties like parabens 😮 I love Japanese hair care though and ofcourse kbeauty ..The Naturie skin softener I bought because of your recommendations and contains a lot of nasties like parabens 😮

maybe if you cut them they might fit better! i do that sometimes
@@starfishhhhh79 I did that, too, so I could cover my nose better. But the problem is all around the edges, they're shorter and narrower than my face.
i just have to say tina’s hair lately has been sooooo pretty!!!

Omg the eye wash is the besttttttt, i am also someone who gets everything in their eye 🤣🤣 I just finished all I had got from Japan and am struggling 🥲
Hii ,so happy about you updating a new video. Please make an updated Japanese sunscreens video ❤
Thank youTina for your honest opinion for these products.

Hey Tina could you make a video recommending multiple products (especially cleansers, emulsions and moisturisers) for dry and dehydrated skin?
There’s another version of sunscreen from Nivea Japan Tina! Please try it. Essence and gel types.
Omg yes pls talk about florida friendly products
Tina could you also take a look at some new products for Muji, they expanded their skincare range I saw in Japan. In particular their creamy milk toner, I bought a travel size to try but would love your thoughts!
Yes ofc! I will get my hands on it when I am there later this year - unfortunately Australia doesn't get all the new ranges :')
@@TinaTanakaHarris Neither does Southeast Asia where I live :( Also it still amazes me that I can't find their sunscreen anywhere else except Japan.
What blush do you have on? It's so pretty ❤
Yes I lovee the nivea deep protect for body as well! And I think a lot of the reviews on @cosme mentioned body use.

Lovely video as usual❤❤❤
Hi tina, do you know if the naturium cleanser can remove waterproof sunscreen like anessa perfect uv milk?
you should consider reviewing caudalie’s brightening serum it’s popular in paris

I love sana and I was really excited to find something alchol and fragrance free but this one was just not it! Miss ❌
My goodness you’re so cute 🥰 I really enjoy your videos! God bless you ❤
i would love for you to try the Refa Beautech raise and what your opinion is on it!
Hi Tina, can you do a reveiw about Orgredient skin barrier lotion please.
Hi Tina! Can you make a review from d'Alba White Truffle First Aromatic Toner? Thank you!!! ❤
Video idea: pick one influencer/ friend, swap skincare routine that both of u swear by/ holy grail and try it for a month
I wish i could find a lighter weight version of laniege milky toner & moisturizer. It's just too heavy/greasy for me but i love it. Maybe the ilia?
Loveeeee your makeup tina!

Hi....Any good cleanser for anti aging? Thanks
Can you do another deep dive on the new Skin Aqua Super Moisture range?
Your pretty and your skin is awesome❤

Hello from Brazil 🇧🇷❤
❤thank you dear
TinaさんがやっとNaturiumに手を付けた!その洗顔、すごくいいと思います。私が長いことフォローしているインフルエンサーのブランドで、他にも多数試しましたが、全ていいですね。アゼライン酸の乳液とかも最高でした。
私もsusan yaraフォローしてます!笑 アゼラインの乳液毎日使ってますか?つい最近試し始めたんですけどルーティンのどこに入れるかちょっと戸惑ってて;;
