I was kinda surprised seeing Celestia worrying about that, she usually doesn't concern about people judging her (unless if it hits her weak point)
Actually celeste her whole backstory is fake she pretends she's someone she's not. She wants to believe she's very powerfull but if you look into her freetime events all her gambling tournaments are references of different real anime's. So she likely lied about it and got her money elsewhere gambling.

As shown in the breakdown of her plan, it seems he was motivated out of anger, but she still DID technically give him the idea of murder. Despite Hifumi being Hifumi, he wouldn't be capable of a murder on his own.
So I conclude that Celeste is still to blame, but Hifumi also deserves some blame

Captain Normie For Hina, I really like her personality. She’s pretty funny and based on her free times, she’s a fun person to be around. Same with Sayaka. Her whole psychic thing actually made me chuckle a bit. Overall, both have good personalities and I think they’re good characters
Celeste is best girl for me too. She is one of the most complex characters I have ever come across and I love that about her.

Also let’s take the time to appreciate the fact that Celestia is one of the only people who realized that the main protagonist read their minds. I always thought that she was one of the smartest characters in the Danganronpa series, and this only proves my point further.
Though, it’s a mix of actually being really smart and the rest of the cast being _kinda_ dumb.
