    Ang sarap po nito. I tried po and its not too sweet. Magmemelt pa sya sa tongue which naeenjoy talaga especially ng mga kids dito. Sabi nila, mas masarap pag gawa kesa bili. Salamat po sa recipe nyo. Mabuhay po!

    hello po. pwede po kaya na bawasan ko ung butter like gawin ko lang 3/4 cup instead of 1 1/2 c? yung tamang may lasa lng ng butter. hindi po ba maaapektuhan ung texture or yung pag spread or cover sa cake?at yung lasa nya? salmat😊

    Hi Ms jhoan! Nag try po ako nito recipe nyo at yun mocha cake nyo, about sa cake po super moist and yummy.. kaya lang po yun butter cream failed po ako kse habang nag bebeat ko sya naging liquidity po sya tapos yun butter namuo po sya, ano po kaya ang mali ko? Thank you in advance 😊

      sorry for late reply po. possible na too cold un butter mo po if may humiwalay na parang water don sa butter. un butter, malamig sya pero kaya mag leave ng dent pag ni press po. not too soft pero not too tigas din.🙂

      yes po. continue lang. or pede sya i ref muna kahit warm pa basta stiff peak na para maka rest din ang mixer. pero ako, madalas, dare daretso na. di naman sa ma overbeat kasi mag d deflate din sya pag inadd ung butter.

      divide lang po. here un half recipe.
      1/2 c sugar
      2 large egg whites, room temperature
      3/4 c butter, cubed, cold
      1/2 tsp coffee
      1/2 tsp cocoa
      2 1/2 tsp hot water
      1/2 tsp vanilla

    hello po.. ilang beses ko na po inaattempt na iwhip ung egg na may sugar.. at gumamit na din po ako nang thermometer.. pero bakit po kaya di nagistiff peak ung ekk mixture ko.. kahit 15-20 mins ko na whip.. hand mixer po gamit ko

      make sure ms.angela na grease free un bowl mo po. minsan kasi kahit nahugasan na may naiiwan pa fing oil. punasan mo po ng vinegar un bowl and beater. make sure na wala ding egg yolk na masasama. sila un nagpapahirap na ma whip ang egg whites po kasi. dry din dapat un bowl and beater. if ok ka naman sa gamit. na m mix kaya ng ayos gang bottom ng bowl po? may mga nagamit kasi ng hand mixer na di nahhalo ayos kasi iniiwasan na mag ingay un beater and bowl (kaya na ask ko po). or try ka ng ibang batch ng eggs.

    Nag watery po ung coffee nya sakin mam. Ano po kaya pwede gawin. Niref ko na rin po after an hour

      nag watery after i add ung butter? pag ganon, mean masyado matigas or malamig pa ung butter. di ko pa sya na experience pero may nakitaan ako before nag init sya ng konting (mga 1/4c) buttercream sa microwave then saka bineat uli don sa nag watery.

      depende po kasi sa kapal ng filling. pero un 1 recipe nito is kaya mag cover and 1 filling ng 8"x3" with swirls on top po.

      uhm, depende po i think sa gagamitin mo na butter po. though pede naman kahit mga butter compound and margarine. mura na lang din po ang mga whip cream. un lang, karamihan is dapat ma consume agad within a week po. parang mas mura ang whip cream.

      ms.joan, di ko sure ilang cupcakes kaya nito. sa cake ko pa lang sya nagamit. kaya nya i frost and fill ang 8"x3" with swirls po. if di naman big un swirls mo i think aabot naman sa 12 pcs po.
      ok lang kahit walang cream of tartar po. if gusto mo ng mas stable, i prefer imbc po.😊

      normal po na mag deflate si meringue once i add si butter po. tinuloy mo po ilagay si butter lahat? dadaan po sya sa stage na mag deflate si meringue pag inadd si butter, soupy, curdled, then smooth na. will take too long lang tlaga sa pag mi mix po.
      hanggang soupy stage lang po kayo?

      un butter is dapat not too soft din po. cold pa din pero not super tigas.
      is it ok if ma watch mo po ung imbc video ko po? parang same lang sila ni smbc ng pagdadaanan kasi. fast forward mo na lang po. baka ma figure out natin ano problema po.😊

    Ako din po soupy yung ginawa ko sinunod ko naman po procedure nyo. Kahit po yung imbc nyo di din po maganda naging result hindi stable yung sakin diko alam ano mali pero ganon din po pagkakasunod ko sa procedure nyo

      either warm pa ung meringue ng i add si butter or too soft na ung butter po. if you want to try it again po. place mo sa fridge un maringue kahit medyo warm pa sya. make sure na stiff peak sya. then lagay sa ref un bowl ng meringue and ung beater. then saka i add ung butter na not too soft and not too hard din po kapag malamig na as in un meringue and un bottom and side ng bowl.

      if hindi po nag stiff peak si meringue, possible na may water or oil po na napasama? or egg yolk? wala po ba kahit konti? room temp din po si egg white? un bowl po, use metal bowl kasi minsan may natitirang oil sa mga plastic bowl khit naligpitan na. try mo din po punasan ng white vinegar like datu puti un bowl and whisk mo po para sure na walang grease po. matagal mo po sya na beat pero ayaw pa din?

      hi po. hindi ko pa po sya actually na try gamitan ng cocoa po. melted chocolate pa lang. but pede naman din ang cocoa. if gagawin ko sya i'll add 1/3 c cocoa powder (sifted) muna. then add na lang according to your taste po.

      hindi naman po. pinaka stable na buttercream ang imbc (except don sa may mga shortening po). pero sympre i suggest na mag try ka din muna para mas sure ka po.😊

      hi. yes po pero refrigerate it na lang then re whip na lang bago gamitin po. airtight container po ilalagay. basta whip lang sya gang maging smooth uli.

      200 grams sugar
      180 grams egg whites, room temperature
      337.5 grams unsalted butter, cubed, cold
      1 tsp coffee
      1 tsp cocoa
      5 tsp hot water
      1 tsp vanilla

      di ko pa po na try na after sya lagyan eh. baka di madali ma incorporate sa buttercream po. im not sure. usually sa meringue ako nag a add po kasi.

      hi. hindi ko pa kasi na experience un mag soupy sya after i add un coffee mixture pero u r not the first time na naka experience po non. pero madami din naman na success po. hmmmm. as in super soupy po? nice po un pagkakagawa ni meringue?

      @@jeanhazelhermosa hi ms.jean, i honestly don't know why may ilan sa inyo po ung ganon.😢 may mga success naman po. di ko kasi na experience pa un. in case ayaw tlaga, try to add na lang after i add ung butter. mas mahirap lang kasi ma absorb ng butter ang liquid kaya sa meringue ko un ina add eh. baka mag work sa inyo po.

      i used bakers best which is margarine in this video. (cheaper kasi and ok naman for me). but if real butter, i prefer using magnolia unsalted butter po.
