Jimmy - What did you actually write? Russell - What shall we do? Noel laughs My favourite ever part in any Big Fat Quiz, no matter how many times I see it I giggle or grin every time!! :) The desperation in Russell's little voice and the guffaw type noise that erupts from Noel is brilliance
@@charliejones3119 Yeah true mate. Anything after that and he's a proper bellend. Heard of people going to be in the audience of A league of their own and when theres a break, he'd sit there on his phone and doesn't interact with the crowd what so ever. Which is pretty big because any other show you'd get at least a hello
@@tommymaher4166 yea proper prick like I've seen it in Mock the week they were filming but like it was before they actually were filming for the show so like before it actually started and they all did jokes and that and dara interacted with the crowd
omegastar19 omegastar19 He says “singing” is the verb for human noise and then continues to say a saxophone would sing if it was able to talk. But if a saxophone talks it’s still a saxophone making a musical noise and not a human.
The way Richard raises his eyebrows at Jimmy after David says, "Saxophones can't sing." "Mouth. Pull. Rocket. Eye. Parcels." Russell: "She auctioned her bikini.... for seven thousand pounds." Jimmy: "What does it actually say?" Russell: "You're a very cynical man, Jimmy." These get me every time. 😂😂
I love that david and rob were like "We are the only ones taking the competition seriously!" Next quizzes, david is having fun with miranda and rob tried to start a coup against jimmy lol
His laugh at 4:54 is just hilarious. He immediately laughs just at the beginning of Seans jokes. Ahh, the good old times when Corden was authentic in the telly.
He came across like a real dick. It's a TV show, they're not playing for a charity or any actual prize, why does he care so much if someone else gets a point? Him and David Walliams just take themselves too seriously (Which is ironic, given their style of comedy.)
You've got to pay respect to Jimmy for still somehow holding it together and bringing this crazy chaos to an end and to continue the show! A a lot of other showmasters would have failed!
"Best rants" Does not include Richard Ayoades' "Sweet tray, these two ancient fucks"-rant, Sean Lock's "It's an ABOMINATION", Dara O'Briain's "Yeah, cut right back to the paddy" or Sean Lock's bit about the child actors being shit. 2/5.
Actually if you Google it, James is dead wrong. That actually is a poster for the film. The actual title is Sex and the City. Some posters added "The Movie" to highlight the fact that they are marketing a movie ad, and not just advertising the TV show of the same name.
Can they please make a show that has James Corden, Jack Whitehall, Richard Ayoade, Russell Brand, Noel Fielding and David Mitchell on it? Actually....they need to have more teams. I want Michael McIntyre and Jonathan Ross, too.
I feel like if something like this happened in American television, someone would be getting a lawsuit from somebody. This chaotic energy is why I love British TV a bit more than their American cousins.
I would love to see Richard Ayoade and Chris O’dowd in one of these. I know it would just be Chris laughing at everything Richard says, but I would still love to see it!
Notice how both Rob Brydon and David Walliams are playing the "teacher's pet" kind of character, and Rob manages to make it charming and funny and David manages to make it pedantic and annoying
I mean he has a point about the poster.....they have to have the information at the bottom that no one can really read but needs to be there for some reason.
I`ve watched this so many times, and just now am I thinking hey some members of the audience got Russel Brands phone number. Isn`t it nice that he gives people his number just so he gets the correct answers for a quiz :)
It's funny that I've never seen James Corden in the British panel shows before, but when he got the gig with the Late Late Show I've seen him several times and even on older clips (before his job on the Late Late Show).
He's alright, British people just started hating him when he moved to the US and tried to better his career. He was one of the most popular comedians in Britain when he was hot from Gavin & Stacey and those Sport Relief sketches with David Beckham and co, and anyone who argues otherwise is a fucking liar I'm not even a massive fan of him, I just find it weird how public perception of him just massively shifted so suddenly
What bullshit!! I've always disliked the guy from when he was trying to get famous til today his cringe TV show for the dumbest people. Wish you would fuck off to America too loser
Can’t get enough of The Big Fat Quiz? 😂 SUBSCRIBE for all the newest clips th-cam.com/users/TheBigFatQuizChannel
this show is basically "jimmy carr tries to host a show properly for once while everyone else descends into anarchy" and i love it for that
I love how he acts surprised and put off when at least one of the teams has snacks when it happens literally every year.
Ah yes, the DnD of Quiz shows
It’s basically detention with 13 yr olds
Nah its celebrity daycare
Remember the turkey..? And the collective descent into a state of mild post-drunkenness afterwards..?
"I'll be honest, James...I'm not that bothered...but I felt like you needed some backing-up" - Sean Lock is always hilarious
What a lad
He has always been my favorite comedian.
Legend, RIP 😞
Exactly my thought, that was the moment that made me miss him. A good man.
RIP
I love how these british celebrity quiz shows always feel like they are on the cusp of starting a fist fight
It's basically what it's like on Britains Street but with celebrities in an expensive studio, and they're being paid to fight
Ha they do it because it's funny 😂
Friday night down the pub. Offend each other in a nice way and hope you don't get punched
I don't think they do at all! They are all laughing and having fun.

"This isn't anarchy, this is bullshit" is an amazing quote
That is the best thing I've seen all day
Indeed.
Kinda fitting lately
Jimmy has absolutely no control over this panel. And it's hilarious. 😂😂😂
He's lost control of the class
Who decided to put Richard Ayoade with David Mitchell?
Genius.
A person who fully understands comedy
Yes I agree! Whoever put them together needs to be given a raise
well it's a no-brainer considering they were friends at cambridge
They've been friends since they were young adults
Which quiz is that one? where Richard and David are teammates
“Jimmy Carr loses control of his show for 13 minutes”
Alex MC don’t you mean his children
For those of you wondering where Richard's rants are, he has so many he got his own video.
Also that was a rant about his sweets, this video is specifically about rants in relation to the show itself.
Richards rants? Surely you mean David's? Surprised this video isn't entirely about him.
noel and russell look like a couple hahah
They always play off that too.

“We’re going back under ‘ere! Till peace comes!”
If the title has the word "rant" in it, you know David Mitchell is going to be there. 😂😂

chokinonashes61 At least he has a brain.
Ngl it's a shame that James Corden's American audience has never seen him like this 😂
He doesn't have an American audience. The only people watching his show are his family and friends.

David Mitchell could win any argument with his skewed logic and deep pessimism
Except, possibly, against his wife. . . . . .
(Or Richard Ayoade).

'Dara, I got no beef with u' - James
I chuckled 😂😂
Jimmy so clearly loves Noel and Russel
Jack Whitehall screaming out "You little shit!" made me lose it in this video.
The sign of a good lineup is when they interact with each other without Jimmy's help. This is what has been lacking in the more recent quizzes.
There’s something in the air
*“You’re messing around and now the younger audience want to copy you”* the sentence everyone was told by their teacher in Year 6

The fact that Sean Lock on Mitchell Brooke Primary school isn't on this list is appalling. I was waiting for that the whole time!!

Fucking disgrace, it was
He was joking but I do actually hate those kids.
It's fun watching Jimmy go fat and thin throughout
Cocaine does that
It’s also quite fun to see him turn the flashlight in his mouth on and off again

“And reward with sexual favours” Russel must have liked that one😂
David Walliams and Rob Brydon “Sit down” was the best part!
I would love to see Richard Ayoade and Chris O’dowd in one of these.
I know it would just be Chris laughing at everything Richard says, but I would still love to see it!
Yes it would be like that. He laughs at Everything Richard says
Rob Brydon carried Walliams through the show and i'm here for it
Where is the: "is it: your mum?" Bit? I feel it might fit the protest part.
he's got a compilation of his own
Notice how both Rob Brydon and David Walliams are playing the "teacher's pet" kind of character, and Rob manages to make it charming and funny and David manages to make it pedantic and annoying

Every third sentence he utters is about his thing with the English channel
They’re both pricks.
SuprA 44 IDIOT! yeah we know.
You say “manage” like this isn’t deliberate
JomTheGreat This was a deliberate act. It's been years since that episode aired, everyone should know this by now.
They way Richard whipped his head to left at 1:29 is like "oh yeah, I'm ready to be a spectator of this"
Russel and Noel just bounce of each other and it’s amazing
I love them ❤️
I genuinely adore Mitchell and Ayoade.

I can’t be the only person who can’t believe Russell brand wasn’t considered for jack sparrow
'THATS YOUR SPECIAL PEN!'
I like how Jack Whitehall implies that Claudia doesn't know much about movies.
Noel's "Sorry!" when Jimmy's picking up the pen cracks me every time xD
Some of the best evidence for British TV being the most fantastic on earth
This should have included David Mitchell's outburst of "This is Nuremberg!"
My favourite thing about Noel Fielding is that none of his jokes are for anyone's enjoyment except his own

can't get enough of david mitchell's pedantic outbursts.
There's a WILTY compilation on here that's about an hour long!
Ngl I'm pretty disappointed that Richard's Maltesers rant was not in this video, it's one of the reasons I clicked
Russles sense of anarchy is so funny 😂
This is not a complete video without Richard Ayoade's rant about bullying and sweets.
"I like to sit on uncle's lap, I like it when he takes my temperature without using his finger" lol I break out in laughter every time
"Giz a quill or su'ink"
I love everything about this
"No, this is not anarchy, this is bullshit!" I wish I could have put that as my Yearbook quote 😂
where's Richard's water situation??
Clearly a compilation of rants and protests against the quiz itself, rather than other issues.
I really am not a fan of Walliams but goddamn he was brilliant paired up with Rob.
There better be a part 2 to this that includes the rest of the outbursts and rants that couldn't be or weren't included in this video.
I love how Noel just gets up starts awkwardly walking around too 🤣🤣
"I don't want people tuning in thinking I'm you" Ahaha
Yeah, yeah, go ahead leave out the best rant of all when Richard Ayoade yelled at everyone about eating all his sweets! Haters.
Jonathan Ross looks genuinely mad at the end when they're looking at Russell's phone xD

That exchange between Brydon and Walliams literally feels like a Little Britain skit
