Honestly I think it's going to be tough to reach 2300 with 1900 national. I'm 1940 fide and I have been struggling in the low 2200s for a while without being able to reach 2300, I also think I play better online compared to otb, which might be the opposite for you. gl regardless

Thanks! Yes, it will be tough I am usually stuck around the same rating level. Never reached 2300 before, it's a challenge.
