Yes! Being french and parisian myself, I can say that the effortless look is more about being afraid to look "too much" than " i don't care"
Omg, this is the most realistic "french makeup video" I've ever seen. I put literally so much effort in trying to look "effortlessly chic" and blablabla, like, buffing lipstick and everything for few minutes straight. But I would never admit the actual amount of effort it takes lol. Also it's nice to hear you speak french !

I have been to Paris so many times I cannot count , what I saw that women never look done , if you see a woman done she is a foreigner probably 🤗and Parisian woman always add some difference with their accessories , could be a great shoe , an oversized necklace , a great scarf etc . and also I love their rock-chic look 👌🏻
