First time I layed eyes on Jang Hyuk was 2019, I never watch kdrama in my life, I'm from England,🇬🇧🇬🇧 and now I'm hooked. How can describe Jang Hyuk I will say this, I can't mentioned Jang Hyuk to my family anymore they had enough. I love this man in soooo many ways I can't describe how much. He's brilliant actor easy on the eye, I also tried to learn how to speak and write in Korean so I can understand kdrama when I watch them. it's a beautiful language it may take sometime but, I will do it. I would love to meet him one day, they always say don't meet your idol you would be disappoint. In this case I'm willing to take the chance and hope he don't disappoint me. Agree .not typical handsome like any other but his lackness of handsome in other ways make a woman feel wanting him more ...before I like Lee min ho and hyun Bin their much better looking than him but as a woman looking his smile voice and acting and how he touch the leading female in dorama I felt the naturally smooth and mesmerized by him. Every drama of him I prefer to watch than Lee min-ho and hyun Bin.....and the fact that he is not afraid to married in such a young age , loyal to his wife and kids and loyal to his agency I assume that he is one of the kind hot Korean man I want to get laid hahahaha....

Currently, Jang-Hyuk may be my second favorite actor. Not 2nd favorite Korean actor, but actor, period. (Strangely enough, current favorite is also Korean, Yoo Ah In. Go figure.) Jang-Hyuk has that exceptional quality which can make you feel almost embarrassed to watch. His performances are often so organic and subtle, you feel as though you're not watching a fictional character, but a real living person. In "Thank You," his performance of a journey from painful anguish to hope and healing is flawless. He just takes one's breath away. (Oh, yes, alright, he's also very easy on the eyes.)
speaking about journey from something bad to something good, he did the same in 'Shine or go crazy' dorama! And I totally fell in love with his performance! If you think of it, it's so challenging to show how time and difficulties change a person and Jang-Hyuk did it brilliantly. It's the first dorama for me to see him but I'll definetely find time to watch some more!
It is distracting to hear Korean stars are making a "comeback" without them ever having gone away. :-) It is fun to watch Jang Hyuk act, especially in the fight scenes.

He is the only reason I now watch kdrama. Luckily, fated to love you (you're my destiny) is on netflix! Just finished Bad Papa and omg i cried a lot, and Money Flower i loved him there. I also heard that money flower had the highest rating of 23+ in 2018 and that is so great! Currently watching Tree with Deep Roots and there is more to watch. Love hyuk to bits!
