the beat is from reggaetón which is very common in Latin America, and KARD are known for using it since their early days. i saw someone say in the comments the beat is “urbano” (urban music), however that’s only the genre that reggaetón is usually classified into in radio stations and awards. there’s a video of KARD reacting to Latin American artists (mainly reggaetón) since then you can notice the latinx influence in their music + BM falling for Shakira, but who could blame him haha
