I have set an environment variable to avoid reaching the bin path again and again. On setting the Environment Variables, on CMD, you just need to add the command… that’s it. Maybe, you incorrectly clicked on "Edit environment variables for your account". You need to click on "Edit the system environment variables" on START. Follow the video again.
