I may have to go for this charger next time I need one. I have the 240 with one channel out (that I just set the power to max on the channel that works thanks to your other video lol) and one of my favorite things about it is that it fits perfectly in a normal metal ammo box.. I charge in an open ammo box with the charger on the open lid to allow the fan to work properly, and the wires and batteries in the box (I used to have a lipo bag in the ammo box too but figure it was a bit overboard haha). When done it all fits great in the ammo box. Makes it really easy to bring it all with me.
Good Charger but the balancing power is way too low with 500mA. Better buy the Hota D6 pro for Price of a lunch at Mc Donalds more. Balancing 1.500mA!! Or the Isdt K2
After 7 years of using my Hitech Charger, its dying a slow and painful death. Not charging batteries 100% , takes forever to balance charge and forget charging 2 batteries at one time. I just ordered the T400 . I had a Venom charger but sold it to a friend last year. I got 7 years on my old charger, not bad really.
what's the difference between the t240 vs the t400. I fly drones and rc planes anything between 1-6 cell seems like either is a good choice but would like to know what one is best to buy. Thx

My charger has the issue that buzzer volume setting is not saved after turn off and on. When I re enter the settings then the volume is pre selected to the "new" value but I have to save and close the settings again. Does anyone have the same issue?
@@rcguygarage Unfortunately, no one can suggest a Charger that can charge a battery with an XT90 with attachments or otherwise :( Even those spaghetti attachments only go to XT60!?
@@jeffparryncc1701 you CAN use the alligator clips to charge that's what I do🤣 you can also just buy an adaptor from your available charger plug to battery

Ovanics batteries require balance charge every time. I had several Turnigy batteries that had a low cell after 7 years.

Like most chargers it will split the current. There's one charger that I have from ovonic that does an even better job charging packs

yes that's a possibility
Just get the AA plastic receiver holder. Charge at .50 amp, max 1 amp and check for heat as you charge. I did it this way no problems.
I've had these for 6 years and still going strong. Tenergy batteries. Their website is full of different products.

There's no best charger it's what you can afford to spend and make sure it has what you need for connection
