I dont think growing your own food is crazy at all but theres a reason they close in the pool areas down there growing your own food may attract some unwanted dinner guest like gators if its located near any water areas where they hang out but growing your own food is very inexspensive and healthy.
I agree I don’t think alligators eat vegetables and fruits or herbs. I agree the lands are so close together and they have no land to do much else with. I have two small dogs would like a yard they can run around in. So maybe this home in a different area would work.

While a decent size, there were some design choices that were a miss. Didn't care for the tile and those box beams at a 45 degree angle are just a bit weird. Complete fail in my opinion. Some of these Interior Designers really miss the mark on these homes. The outside area is nice.

For the most part, lovely layout. But, for the location and size, too pricey. Finishes could be better - back-splash, cabinets, kitchen counters, etc... The master walk-in closets are too small. The half bath is oddly placed.

my grandparents looked at this house in person a year ago and i had the opportunity to see it and it blows my mind how beautiful it truly is
