    Bought a norco 2023 recently, followed their ride aligned and found it to be a pretty good starting point! I put a shockwiz on the other day and found the norco was spot on!

    One of the best insights of a bike review that I have ever seen. Thanks Loam Wolf for the review and makes me want to ride a Norco

    great first look, i'll be keen to see the long term review. this bike is promising and it's on the far end of the scale IMO, of geometry. i'm not sure about STA this steep, but i am to find out myself. fortunately, Norco has a great local dealer with full range of demos in all sizes.

    Thanks for the awesome video. I have the A1 vision of this bike and I am absolutely loving it. Can I ask how many volume spacers did you end up putting in the shock?

    You haven't really explained WHAT the 'ride aligned' system is any more than what content currently exists on the Norco website.
    Less buzz words and more science would be appreciated.
    P.s your Reach dimension im the animation is not correct.. its closer to 'top tube length'.
    Cheers

      Yaish Matheen well, we are very new to the TH-cam game and don’t have the same resources quite yet so we’re going the organic route. We’d be thankful if you could share/repost to all your friends and help earn their support and subscriptions as well! Thanks very much for the comment!

    I have a favour to ask!! Can you watch my last video and pay extra attention to the rebound from the front shocks, I hit a tree hard on the 4th jump I think…was the crash related to rebound, or just my error?? New norco sight a3. The shop adjusted it to my 170lbs. No other changes have been made. Thx 🙏

    175cm 80kg, med or large is a hard choice, how tall is the rider in video

    • @TheLoamWolf
      @TheLoamWolf  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The rider is 5’11 and 165lbs.

    • @matty_kaye
      @matty_kaye 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      What did you go for mate ? I’m exact same 175cm 80kg . Had a large it felt huge and swapped for a M . It feels so much smaller may have to extend stem maybe to a 50mm . Time will tell if I made the right decision but it seems people are going for smaller than what the size chart recommends as it’s a big bike ...

    • @flstc93
      @flstc93 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@matty_kaye I'm 175 about 82kg, went the med after long decision. The L feels good, looks huge and would take more muscle to get it around. I went the M and it's slightly cramped, went the 50mm stem, its mainly the seat tube angle that feels weird. Pushes you further up the bike. only concern I have is I'm not fully centred over the bike. Other than that it rips, upped to 170mm c1 cartridge, prob not needed, running 3 tokens 85psi
      Got the Meg neg on rear 3 bands and 2 vol spacers. 275 psi, 33% sag minimal bottom out. Got a coil aswell 550lb feels good too. There heavy bikes and don't pedal all that well imo. They descend really well. Def 50mm stem tho.

    • @matty_kaye
      @matty_kaye 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@flstc93 Thanks mate ! I’m still really not sure . I have the seat all the way back past the markers and when I sit I’m still slightly hanging off the back . Maybe a 50 mm stem will pull me forwards ? But yeah I’m concerned that I’m not centred and should have gone the L and dealt with it . Interesting Specs too man . Thanks for the reply ☺️
