I think that’s a really good idea, especially because all the food has much better nutritional value for you now. And I think it’s so cool to see how you can reduce things in their calories. I don’t really like it when stuff really tastes sweet so I usually bake without sugar and stuff . I love to know, that I have like more than half of the original calories
Also as a tip. Instead of using jam just mash up like raspberries and put it on your bread. It tastes so good and like jam

How do you know when you in need of a cheat day? Do you feel it coming on a week before and prepare for it? Or does it come the day before or suddenly when you wake up and then you decide to do a cheat day?
well the portions are different so yea there’s going to be a big difference in calories

Ta Qii they make the portion smaller for most for the foods. of course cutting size down will cut calories.
@@gabi-ee6uh it's not only smaller portions but a lot comes from making it lower calorie dense and healthier in general!
