HWH Melissa ISD Indoor Practice Facility

HWH is the CM Agent for this new Indoor Practice Facility for Melissa ISD being designed by Parkhill Smith & Cooper. The building consists of 9 Locker Rooms totaling 49,000 sf, a weight room, treatment area, training rooms, wrestling and a VIP area. The facility will also have a 80,000 sf indoor turf practice facility and a 5,200 sf lease space for sports injuries rehabilitation. This new facility will be located on their new High School Campus and will be used with their future new Football Stadium.
