  • Lebanon’s PM Najib Mikati visited Damascus on 11 January for talks with Syria’s new leader Ahmed al-Sharaa, marking the first visit by a Lebanese head of government since the Syrian civil war began in 2011. Mikati’s visit followed the Islamist-led rebels’ December seizure of Damascus, ending Bashar al-Assad's rule. Al-Sharaa expressed hope for stronger ties, neutrality in Lebanon’s affairs, and optimism about Lebanon’s new president Joseph Aoun stabilising the country. Meanwhile, Syrian intelligence thwarted an IS attempt to bomb the Sayyida Zaynab Shiite shrine near Damascus. Authorities arrested suspects with alleged links to ISIL and seized weapons. Separately, Turkish FM Hakan Fidan criticised Israel’s expansionist policies, opposed French involvement in Syria, and stressed eliminating Kurdish militant threats. France’s FM highlighted efforts to balance Turkey’s security concerns with Kurdish rights. On 12 January, Middle Eastern and European diplomats met in Riyadh to discuss supporting Syria under its new leadership.

Was launched by mansour and went viral , keep your eyes on Egypt in 25th of January!

      Turkey is a lot closer than France, US and UK. The clue is in the later presence and the Russia naval plus the new CIA backed Syrian stooge leader.

    Israel should be allowed to expand for a change. Arab countries tried to do the same but Israel won...but always gave the land back. Why not let Israel do what their enemies did. If they lose, Israel gets the land. No more giving land back to the losers. Fair is fair. Otherwise, stop hating Israel. :)

      😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. Does that mean the Indonesians can go after the Dutch??? Or the Africans go after the British. There eis a reason we went after you. It's because it's not your land. You took it and then played victim when you were meant to be punished and called for your colonial counterparts to help you.

      @juubitos-susanno it is Jewish land. The Quran even mentions it. Palestine never. You can try to take it back. But if you lose, it is no longer yours.

    • @timonsolus
      @timonsolus 21 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @juubitos-susanno: Israel was created under a 1947 UN resolution, which also created an independent Palestine. Unfortunately, the Arab nations immediately chose to try and destroy Israel rather than live in peace, encouraging the Palestinians to do likewise - and lost the ensuing war. Since then, Israel has refused to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

    • @juubitos-susanno
      @juubitos-susanno 21 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @timonsolus wrong. Before the UN was formed Palestine was to be an independent state for its indigenous population under the Palestinian mandate that was under British rule. The British then also promised the zionasts and the Jews that they would have an independent state on Palestinian soil. The UN then took power of the mandate and implemented a partition plan where the European Jews would get 67% of the land while the Palestinians got 33% of the land and Jerusalem became an international zone because of its religious and cultural significance. The Palestinians and the arabs rejected the plan while the Europeans jumped at it. Before the partitioning the zionasts had bought around 5% of Palestinian land. This led to the nakba where many Palestinians were displaced and were forced into neighbouring Lebanon and Jordan. Lebanon exploded into a civil war soon because of the imbalance of Christians supporting Israel while the Muslims supported Palestine. Eventually a war came where Egypt and Jordan took control of the west bank and Gaza strip. In 1967 Israel striked Egypt by surprise and launched missiles into it while capturing the Sinai with the help of the french and the British. The Americans and Soviets forced Britain and France out and Israel and Egypt signed a treaty where Israel leaves the Sinai in exchange for Egypt to be the first Arab country to recognize the state of Israel. After this the Arab countries started hating on Egypt and kicked it out of the Arab league for a decade or two. After recognition from Egypt Syria had taken Palestinians sovereignty upon itself and refused to ever recognize Israel ( which it still doesn't) in response Israel annexed the Golan heights and because Syrias army was weak because of the first Syrian leader or so dismantling a majority of it after the french mandate of Syria they weren't and still can't get it back. The only country currently recognizing Israel's annexation of the Golan heights is the USA under trump's first term in 2019. Israel took the chance to invade Syria and destroy its defense after the civil war ended. It invaded up to around 28km from Damascus Syrias capital
