    Unbelievably beautiful work by a master jeweller! I'm just learning to enamel at home with a torch & it is obvious to me that it takes a lifetime to develop the skill shown here! Thanks for sharing!

    When you heated away the green string, I thought you'd made an error. But once it all came together, it is like looking back into the early universe. Just beautiful and trippy as hell.

      Hi Giacomo,
      Thank you very much you are a great artist.
      Through the solder with Chrysocolla, the silver gets a high gloss.
      Transparent enamel gets a unique shine.
      Greetings from Helmarshausen.

    • @wontollawolf
      @wontollawolf 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Filigreenus Thank you .
      Due to the design and strenght necesity , I am using sterling instead of pure silver , which is too soft for many of my 3D projects .
      I also did some special preparation on sterling silver before enameling .
      But my real sorrow is that I have not good quality enamels ...
      My best regards ,
      Giacomo

    Great video! Wow! Your finished piece is stunning. Love the look of the silver balls, esp. around the outer border. What are the balls called. I'd love to get a hold of some.
    The clear liquid you're using to keep you silver elements in place before firing, is that just a liquid flux? I'm new to soldering and enameling, so I'd would really appreciate an answer to my question.

    Hi. Exquisite work! What was the string material? Do/will you ever post in depth/step-by-step details of how to create similar pieces. Of course, everyone has their own ideas on what to create. It's the basics for these techniques that I'm interested in. Do you glow glass in your wet packing? Thanks :)

    • @Filigreenus
      @Filigreenus  10 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The Stringmaterial is green thread. Same filigreen. Enamelling without enamel oven. No enamel on the back. Bars all soldered with Chrysocolla. Technology is my own development. Many years of experience. Slow warm wet enamel before burning on a stove top. Will continue to post films and still complexer represent. Thank you for your interest.

    • @Filigreenus

      Thank you for your interest.. You can make gold glue itself. Take a look at my videos:
      1 jewellery making gold glue solder for etruscan granulation.
      2 Chrysocolla gold glue solder concentrate manufacture.
      You can get Crystal Chrysocolla Germanaten also from me.
      A few crystals is sufficient for countless jewelry soldering.

    I went to your site www.Goldleim.de and to fully follow, I would have to know German. I tried using a translator, but that gets pretty tiresome. I'm looking in to the history of the technique. To try and learn for myself the history of the art and by watching vids, mainly yours :) However, I have applied my self further by looking into schools here in the US. Could you recommend any? I've only seen the Art Institute or at least where to start. TXS

      Are you serious? This guy is extremely skilled and intelligent. We're lucky he chooses to share what he does with anyone at all. you're not entitled to his knowledge. I believe he is German speaking. Would that be ok? or would you expect English commentary? He will have spent years learning this for himself by research and experimentation. You could try that too instead of expecting someone to explain everything to you in a few minutes. I find it very disappointing that of all the things you could possibly say.....You choose to complain.
