Why upwelling does not occure in south indian ocean, south atlantic ocean, like occur in Peru in south pecific ocean ?

Because of topography only…there’s not adequate landmass opposite of Africa to the east side…the whole effect of tilt in the ocean is therefore not effective here…however small effect may be seen on the western coast of Australia or Indonesian islands

Why there is no effect of shifting of trade winds on South Indian Ocean equitorial current...they are always the same,where northern current are always influenced by trade winds that's why in summer Somalia current is in North East while in winter anti monsoon direction( ne to sw)..?

Trade equator k doldrums region me effective nahi hai…that’s why it’s DOLDRUMS…Doldrums does not move with the sun i.e. it should not be confused with ITCZ
