"Reach for the Sky" is the fifth single released by FireHouse. As the first single from their second album, Hold Your Fire, the track reached No. 83 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 27 on the Album Rock Tracks chart. The song was written by guitarist Bill Leverty and vocalist C.J. Snare.

I think the hammer on on the solo is the d & B strings…..Not the g & b 😅

Your possibly right I was wasn't using Transcribe in those days so i had to try and work it out from a normal playback.

This is close but the end isn't tapping. It's alternate picking E harmonic minor. There are lots of videos of him showing this. The tapping intro is different than how he does it as well. Not bad though. It's not how you play it, it's that you play it :-)
