I got off accutane a few months ago and here is my advice… you will get purge but don’t worry bc it gets worse before it gets better. Make sure you moisturize everywhere especially lips bc they get so crusty. It is so worth it in the end I really saw a huge difference.
I’ve been on accutane for the past 2 months(currently on my 3rd). I was pretty dry the first month but I’ve been using the La roche posay tangerine, hydrating, gentle face wash and the lipikar lotion. 10/10 would recommend they work wonders for dryness
Almond oil is the best of all oils for hair ,skin and nails. I have very dry skin but I slather on almond oil while still wet after showering, pat dry w/ towel and it works wonders 🎉🌟

for your hair - use rosemary oil, argan oil, and jajoba oil. PLEASE don’t brush your hair while wet - it’s causes breakage. you can use a wide tooth comb if needed!
This doesn’t really help with hair growth, but if you struggle with greasy hair, never sleep with wet hair, always dry it before you go to bed. It really helped me so much with my greasy hair xx

I'm on acutane right now and your face doesn't get too terribly dry, just your lips. Lots of aquaphor on your lips at all times and cerave twice a day should be all you need.
