This is good start but not a full failover config. It will not dynamically failover unless you add a script. If ISP1 goes down but ether1(ISP1) stays connected, the Mikrotik will not know and will keep trying to send traffic out ISP1. A script is needed that will runs a ping out ether1(ISP1) to a reliable internet source and if it does not respond then you can make it change the "IP route" distance and also revert back once it comes back up.

Failover works if we unlpug one of the ethernet cables, but what happens if we will not unplug ethernet but the WAN/internet will fail due to ISP problem? Failover will not work...
How to succeed failover when an ISP fails?

I don't understand how people can create tutorials on NOT SPEAK! Trying to read what you've typed out and follow along at the same time is very difficult and annoying. Microphones are very inexpensive. GET ONE!

My work is teach and I use microphone. Instead if you PAY for teaching you can pretend. If you find it for free you have to stay mute and appreciate EVERYTHING you got :)
I think it's difficult to read instead of hear but I'm sure it's more frustrating a comment like yours on a FREE tutorial
