Verse 2 is a metaphoric verse from the perspective of money ala "I gave you power" by Nas where the story is portrayed from the perspective of a gun. It's the metaphoric perspective of what money can do to those in the upper echelons of life/what Logic is experiencing in terms of his life being completely different.
