I think that just like New York city, people need to see a business opportunity where only black owned businesses can go there instead of a rush of Chinese and middle eastern merchants. I live in an average semi-rural community in Central Virginia. Our Walmart is one of the nicest I've ever seen, and I have traveled all over the country and stopped in many Walmart. My brother was visiting from Oakland California, and he was completely shocked at how amazing our store is. It's neat, clean, tidy, safe, polite customers, and polite staff. I guess this is shocking to some folks. Y'all can vote with your feet. I left California 15 years ago, and never looked back.

I'm a former Chicago resident, my dad was born and raised in chicago. All of my aunts, uncles, cousins were from there but have since left. I have no family left in Chicago.Also, I'm a minority and you couldn't pay me enough to go back to that sh*t hole of a city. It's literally a nasty city in every sense of the word.

I'm a 71 year old white veteran. I enjoy your videos which I see as the truth. I have seen this situation in black communities before. It was in the 1960s when agitators got riots going and the neighborhoods were burned and destroyed. Property prices fell to almost nothing and politicians bought all of the land. Urban renewal then rebuilt the areas into high cost apartments that only the wealthy could afford. Look up 1921 Tulsa Massacre and 1898 North Carolina whites burning out a Black government also WW2 were black people served and were still Second-class citizens in our own country. People invest in a business to make money, the only color they care about is green, they don’t care who keeps their business going or what color. When a business has to take money from their profitable business to put in the ones that are not, they have to close them down. Durring the riots I remember watching a news report with an older black woman who was begging while crying for the people in her neighborhood to stop looting stores because there was no where for her to get her meds and groceries from she had no mode of transportation and all the stores around her had to close down do to damages done to them. Where did self worth and self respect go. Thats right out the door with God and the belief in mankind

I’ve lived in Chicago for 45 years and had been a victim of 5 attempted robberies out in the public of which 2 were successful via the assailants when my gold chain was snatched. 3 of the attempts were foiled as I fought back. The 2 times I got my gold chain snatched were partly my fault as I openly wore them while wearing a tank top: 1) fell asleep on the train and woke up to a chain snatch with a fist coming to my face, where I leaned back to avoid the punch and kicked the assailant and 2 guys ran out the train. 2) a group of teenagers in a car asked for directions and upon my approach to the passenger window, snatched my chain and drove off. Of course, no rear license plate.
All 5 of 5 robberies were from black males in a city 30% black so this leads me to believe that black males are more susceptible to becoming robbers, perhaps due to improper upbringing.
