    Please include usual doses of drugs used, blood levels of different parameters also in all of your videos. That would be helpful 😊.

    Can hypercalcemia be a reason for hypoparathyroidism ?

    As someone with Idiopathic Hypoparathyroidism (Basically came out of nowhere), this is accurate. I am 12 and was just diagnosed after having a severe 2 minute long seizure at my bestie's birthday party ( Great time, I know.) My case is not genetic or removal of parathyroid glands. It just came. Lolll!!!! I take Tums (Calcium supplements) and something called Calcitriol. It's hard to describe what it does.
    Overall, accurate video from someone with the disease. 10/10.

      I think mine is autoinmune, I hVe another autoinmune disease history too, but yet not diagnosed. I had to have 5 seizures and 5 hospitalizations to finally find my pth vit k and calcium low… currently taking suplements and calcitriol, but somedays I collapse IDK if is my autoinmune flaring or if I need more supplements.

    I think such videos should go a lil slow because when we change the speed from TH-cam its not natural and irritating so pls make explanations a bit in calm way or slightly slow it would help me am sure and many others like me thank you 😀

    How much times did you mispronounce hypoparathyroidism recording this ? 😉 Great video BTW!

    • @zeotee1384
      @zeotee1384 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I've heard hypoparathyroidism so many times by now it's second nature. partially because I have it myself! I was diagnosed after having a seizure at my friends freaking birthday party and went to a hospital for 1 week. I was diagnosed a few months ago ( I'm 12,btw) and this came out of nowhere. No genetics or parathyroid surgeries. Just life being the crockpot of madness it is.
      😤 It's not that bad, tho. I take tums (calcium) every day and let me tell you! There's so many flavors of tums. Chewy bites are the best!! S tier. Mint ones are good, too! Lol. 😀
