Homily for the Feast of Pentecost of Bishop Mosa

GOSPEL: Jn 20, 19-23
"As the Father has sent Me, so I send you: Receive the Holy Spirit".
The Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint John.
On the evening of the first day of the week, and the doors of the house where the disciples were meeting were closed, for fear of the Jews, Jesus appeared, stood among them, and said, "Peace be with you!" When he said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples rejoiced because they saw the Lord. Again Jesus said to them, "Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, so am I sending you". Having said this, he blew on his breath and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit; whoever you forgive, their sins are forgiven. Whose sins you hold, they are retained." .
That is the word of God.
