Thank for doing this. I was searching for a meditation that can help me get through a very anxious time in my life and this was really so inspiring. The more i try to take the next step the more anxious i get. This has truly inspired me. Thank you for you real life experience. My spirit is like an eagle it feels it can soar freely high up in the sky with no limitations but then my ego/thoughts has the duck attitude bringing me down, telling me how bad it is or will be, paralysing me with fear & doubts. I’m sure this meditation will help me break free. Thank you

This format has allowed me to begin to understand and incorporate the truth contained in these lessons for the first time.
