Teardown of cheap power adapter

This was included in a fairly expensive piece of equipment's packaging. This cheap little power supply is probably. The reason why that unit is no longer functional, therefore I have to replace it. It's just a 5v So just any old standard USB. Phone charger rule work. I had to replace the converter. It's a fiber optic to cat 5 optical fiber thing. So I still have other units that are working fine. They are all going to get a standard 5 old U. SB phone charger to Barrel plug.
