Pneumatic Piston Filler Machine: Block Type (Spout pouch Model)

This specially designed model can fill plain paste and a thick paste as well with any desired size of solid particles in the product, up to the size of 5 to 10 mm even as customization to some extent is available in the Spout pouch model as per our clients' request.
Working:
Using piston block-based method, the material can be sucked from the hopper in the syringe. Even the Rotary Valve Piston Filler is able to suck directly from a source tank through pipes.
With regard to its working, in the first stage, the rotary valve is fed with the material from the hopper due to the movement of T-shaped cylinder/syringe. Then the valve takes a flip of 90 degrees and connects the syringe/cylinder with the nozzle for proper dispensing of material, disconnecting itself from the hopper.
Thus at one time, the high-quality valve connects only two pieces of equipment to ensure the seamless filling.

• Shutoff Nozzle has been provided to prevent any kind of dripping

• Spacious hopper has been provided for material storage
• All contacts parts are made up of Stainless Steel
• To prevent leakage, Teflon seal has been provided in the syringe
• Easy to turn on and off the machine with the help of switches
• For seamless operations, the piston with silicon O-rings in the syringe has been provided
• For cleaning purposes, all contact parts can be easily and quickly disassembled. TC connections have been provided for ease of assembling and disassembling.

• Dive-In Nozzles can be made available for bottles having small mouth diameter. Such nozzles also reduce the risk of spillage of the product material while filling
• Variable Speed Drive of high-quality for controlling the filling speed
• Foot Switch based operation
• A specialized pump can also be provided on special request to transfer the material from ground into the hopper in an automatic way
• Jacketed hopper to heat the material up as per the needs
• Stirrer can be provided with suitable shape blades for homogenous mixing of the product and even distribution of heat
• PLC Based HMI Touch Screen for easy feeding of data
• Product Digital Counter in order to count the number of filled containers
