Many famous people sing our national anthem. Many put very little time into its preparation. They sing it very stock. The Crusaders prepared an excellent arrangement and all the members memorized their parts. Good going Crusaders! You made us proud, you displayed patriotism as it should be, I hope we can keep our patriotism and not let this current political administration (2024) take it away from us.
I see A lemon it was very technical. I personally liked playing renditions that are a little slower and that drawn out at certain points for dramatic effect. This version was done well, no hate. Just my personal taste

I marched 4 years in a drum and bugle corps, but I stopped this video less than a minute in. There are so many songs you can take artistic license with, but this is not one of them. Are these kids talented? Absolutely. But they can show that talent just as well without butchering the anthem. In all fairness, can't stand singers who take too much artistic license with the anthem either. And extremes, such as Rosanne Barr for her disgusting "version" of the anthem, should be shown the door.

If you couldn’t use an artistic license for the national anthem you wouldn’t get Whitney Houston’s version and Jimi Hendrix’s version, I’m pretty sure America is the only country that has singers and musicians able to fully express in their own way and sentiment of the national anthem to a crowd without any restriction and I find that beautiful. Yes, Fergie sounded ass but to see and listen to these varieties of expression, sentiment, and freedom of the national anthem is beautiful in my eyes. I think the star spangled banner shouldn’t be played without heart. No hate
