Even though I love solitaire gaming, I feel a bit awkward when thinking about playing DoW solo.. It's a bit too predictable for my taste, but YMMV. Moreover, I enjoy this game mostly for the multiplayer interaction, tension, role-playing and storytelling. But still, great walkthrough as usual, RIcky!
Ricky Royal I've checked it and you are right - those are tools (which is kinda strange, especially for the baseball bat). BTW, I think it is better from tactical point of view to perform search first, and then do the attacks - so even if a survivor dies, you will have the resources found. On the other hand, from role-playing point of view, it seems more appropriate to do the killing first and then searching as the reward...
frederick123 that's correct... we all lost a die except player 1. But remember, we played a "spiritual" tune which gave everyone an extra action die for this turn :)
iconic music, just like in the arkham horror play through.
On a completely other note, Rick: Aren't you loving the ALDS? Kansas City is on fire!!
It's amazing !! No time for board games now... sorry !! :)
I know how that goes! I love baseball, especially at this time of the year!
Stasia Doster GO ROYALS !! Oh no..no game tonight...
I know - I want their brand of baseball every night! One more win and they are in the ALCS! Who would have believed it?
Tonight's the night....!

This is a cool game. Go Orioles!
Yes
I think you do not need an extra weapon. You need 1 weapon per player (so 3 in total - and you have that many), not 1 per survivor.
I think I only have 2 weapons ? The switchblade and the lighter. Did I miss one ?
Ricky Royal
You have also baseball bat and wrench if I remember correctly - both count as weapons.
Those are both tools, not weapons :(

do the survivors keep an action die, if one of them dies? I though, that if one of your survivors dies, one action die is removed

I did not know, that the minimum number of dice was 2. I thought, that it was 1 die per survivor.
