This is where most of my ancestors were from. Most are buried in Bickle Cove Cemetery. Loved listening to my grandmother talk about her days living there. The family migrated to Kenedy Tx back in the 20's due to work. I feel an attachment to this place, and if possible plan to move there. Most of my family play musical instruments. Bought a MacSpadden Dulicmer while there in 2009. Am wanting a hammered dulcimer. I love this place!!!
it looks so nice but all the bugs and extremely hot summers down there would be awful. I spent two weeks in Augusta Georgia in July many years ago and hated every minute of it. It was between 95 and 103 degrees with 100% humidity you couldn't even go outside.
I want to move back there so bad ... 48 years ago sense I've lived there ... I'm retired now ... Does anybody know if someone has cheap Land for sale by owner financing ... Text me back please ..
