He blatantly defies this gag order, and is he punished? No. The gag order is lifted by an appeals court. The system will not hold Trump accountable for anything.

Fines must be commensurate to a person’s financial position. A $10K fine for a supposed billionaire is a parking ticket. It is no disincentive to modify their behaviour.
Fine that bum $1 million every time he violates the court order. And then file his lawyer $5000 each for enticing their client to do so.
Fines don't matter to him at all and are no deterrent.
