As a 41 yr old woman, I couldn’t agree more. When I was depressed, being female, too many people enabled my behaviour and allowed me to stay down. Yes I needed to feel it all, but I wasn’t supposed to sit in the depression. David Goggins is the one that got me off the sofa and onto the yoga mat. 2 years later I’m doing callisthenics workout, journaling, mediating and in a much better place. We need a mix of soft love and tough love. It helps. Big up to you guys 🙏🏾💚
