    The illusive man had an amazing onscreen presence. I miss running errands for the man and telling him off at the same time.

      And the worst part is until you start actively going against him. He’s completely fine with it because that’s how he created you to be.

      @@kevind3974 So true. I'm sure the Shepard we encountered in the Citadel DLC couldn't have been the only other shepard created for spare parts. The Illusive man had tons of secrets.

      @@nova3530onyt most likely, i would not be surprised if theirs multiple types as well. one augmented, a synthetic, a semi husk/geth/repear tech one etc. hell if they want to make a me4 you can easily get sheperd back. it wont be the same shepered from me2-3 but it would most likely be the one from 1 with the addition to any of the special stuff added to the copy and a new background to explaining their inactivity in the other games (most likly the same as the copy, took more then two years to complet). our shepered might be dead but their not.
      hell if they want to get the andramada series going again put shepered on one of the ships heading to the system and boom (not the human one or really any that arrived, most likly a secret cerberus one that comes after or with the quarian one)

    • @nova3530onyt

      @@kevind3974 I would gladly play an Andromeda spear headed by a alternate Shepard who may have ill intent and finds a better path while forging one for humanity. That would be great.
      Do you think we should have the ability to play as real shepherd by the way in the new one? Or would you prefer a new character arc to flesh out?

    • @kevind3974
      @kevind3974 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@nova3530onyt for andramida it could just be the normal me1 sheperd just with the control chip actually installed like maranda initially wanted. so in the end we got a shepered who has a star war order 66 chip in his head. and if you know anything about the chips and what it dos to the clones in star wars that would be a nightmare, espeshaly when the free willed version of shepered figures out hes chiped
      for a possible me4 set in the milky way personally i want a time skip of atleast 100-600 years (600 would probably be best so we can possible get in contact with andromeda). sadly that means no shepered (unless theirs an ai cerberus version of him or you took the control ending) i would want them to be related to shepered in some way thou, but not be a pure blooded human. mass effect was alwase to human centric for me do to shepered well being a hero from earth that was barely 30 years since first contact so humans had the most to do because they were just so new.
      do a mix raced shepered (race is determined off your lover in the original triligy, unless you were selibit or they died where its a something like hanna shepered had another child or unkown to him he had a brother or cusin this hole time) while the game would most likly be more internal then exsternal like with the reapers. mostly focusing on xenophobia and uplifted races like the vorchia and reminents/reamerged krogan and rachnie getting up to mischif now that their population has had time to restart, but like the rest of the galaxie not enough to be back to where they were before (the reapers did ALOT of damage and the ending might have done even more). this would also go for the quarians and geth even if their fleets were distroyed they still had secs outside their fleets be it the indipendent geth or quarians on their pilgramige. while if the machines were shut down after 100-600 years someones bound to turn them back on. they got E.M.Ped not straight up killed, as long as their cercuts are not fried their still alive just in a coma. the choices from the last game will determan their numbers. ether way the gangs took over and the vorcha spreed over that last 100-600 years and thats not a good thing

    • @Johnny-ny3ko
      @Johnny-ny3ko 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It also validates why everyone hates them so much, I remember first time I ignored them, then headed to ME2 and found out that everyone hates them so very much, like pro human group sure but there was so much hate and couldn't understand why.
      Then I did the Cerberus side missions and figured it out, along with the Survivor background, luring alliance soldiers to Thresher Maw nests, killing alliance admirals, experimenting on Rachni and Thorian creepers, releasing side Rachni with freighters and such, I wouldn't be surprised if all those husks of research teams and on the ships belong to Cerberus aswell.

    For every successful project such as the Normandy, Lazarus and EDI. There’s a stupid one like overlord, monster soldiers and turning the entire organisation into indoctrinated reaper slaves. Bit of a mixed track record.

      Also almost respreding the none queen alined Raccnie (the crazy mofos, their already weird with the queen without her their a plague) in me1. Ya restart the raccnie wars because you wanted to fuck with a dead and vary angry spieces. And that’s without the fact that they almost started a zombie plague of husks and tharim sporlings before me3 because they were fucking withe geth, a primordial plant, and reper tech.
      Why for any of these. Simple
      Because “fuck it” and a good dash of yolo.

    Project Overlord felt like the most inhumane project Cerberus conducted for a Pro-Human group. For all their talk about being about humanity that project alone proved just how far gone the organization was even before it had fallen to the reaper's control.

    The weird thing about Cerberus is it's Cell structure, as each team only answers to the illusive man and he only asks about results, each team head is under pressure to get results while not having to answer to anyone else. This leads to stealing Thorian Creeper samples to try to make humanoid soldier slaves, or child biotic experiments or plugging a savant.
    It's clear the Illusive man has some form of morals, he's just willing to let some blood get spilled for the "greater good of humanity"
    This is why his indoctrination lead to Cerberus flipping entirely on it's head in ME3, because he was the only one calling the shots.

    • @thewildcat7972

      He did what ever it take to protect humanity and it interests, even when he wasn't indoctrinated , cerberus gools are always been the same , the advances of humanity and securing humanity future and protecting it from alien threats , fighting the Reapers and destroying them after spending it resources and man power it will put humanity is disadvantage against the other raciss but if they find a way to control them they will win the galactic war against the other raciss and insured their own future

    Cerberus is why ME2 is my favorite game. They bring to the games an enemy that you can disagree with, while also maybe wanting to support in certain areas - because survival. That's why Andromeda failed for me! There was no uncomfortable middle ground that could tempt you away from the Paragon path.

      I'll never understand what they're were thinking with Andromeda. Here, you have this entire Galaxy with a rich lore, waiting to tell stories. And what do these genius devs decide to do? Scrap it all and go to a completely different galaxy. Dumb move.

      @@user-gm4kv2my4u I have no facts behind this but I swear it was a move pushed by someone who wanted money. They forced a team to make a mass effect game as a cash grab despite the series having an ending. Not wanting to ruin what the trilogy did, the team branched it waayy off.
