As someone who was a councillor if the victim was never going to try in counselling and the offender was trying to minimise things I always told the victim to get their Lawyer to say you swear on the bible, believe in church and god, both the court, opposition lawyers and the ex-partner are trying to force their beliefs onto the victim for their own benefit. With that in writing to the Judge and opposition lawyer they have to prove your belief is wrong and you can request they have your faith and its opinions on fidelity denounced as wrong in writing before you attend the sessions. This is the way out of court ordered relationship therapy. Sure I would make more forcing the 10 sessions but that would not help the victim individual counseling would when they are able to focus on moving on (The courts and separation are fleshed out).
You always want to have your proof of infidelity before you even get to the lawyer, especially if your spouse is displaying everything necessary for you to be victorious in court.
I wish they would stop showing these guys as Simps. It's not a normal reaction that a man just walks out after catching his wife cheating in his own home.

next time lead with the story in the title. i swear the 20 minutes it probably takes to write these stories that sometimes seem fake even though they are on a channel talking about real cheating are a mess. Like why put a yeti or big foot in a real cheating story and some magic ring that energizes the wearer.... At least the first one wasnt that bad. Second story in my opinion went to far unless someone only wants to focus on revenge. I get its fucked up and ive been there to but making things public doesnt just hurt those involved it hurts others that are not involved like those you work with or friends you see because trust is lost you start to think you will not be able to trust those that are also close to you or family as well. Its harsh to say revenge isnt worth it but destroying others lives who arent involved is someone just being a coward to me and not makign sure anyone else will be effected. guy in the second story says he is prepared to face consequences but he doesnt see these people face to face he tells. A normal person doesnt need to know what some dumb bitch did who they may only talk to online. Its like ruining others perception in life and trying to make others loose any trust in others as well. SOrry my pain was deep for what i went thru and i lost many friends and some family for how i acted and i still regret but i never really see that in these stories.
