Wow you are really lucky! Hopefully I’ll be able to buy a upsize like this in Spain one day. I’d also would add a gym(with a martial arts studio) library, a zen room, spa and massage room as well as a jacuzzi next to the pool. I think I would need an architect for that haha.

@@youmilkpack i guess 1-2 million to build it, but the land where it´s build seems to be very expensive because it´s in a luxurious neighbourhood and they want to make profit. I doubt they will flip it for 14 mill tho, more like 10-12
That property is a bit of mess as it was half built in 2008 before recession then lay empty for years then after recession someone bought cheap and redesigned it. I live in Marbella and in general houses like that cost about 5-6 mln to build, land would be about 4 mln for 4,000m2 . Obviously once you start adding designer furniture and kitchens and what not the price can seriously balloon especially on a property of that size so you gotta be careful. It wont sell for 14 though, there's likely another recession and the rich are leaving Marbella so lucky if they get 8-10, worst case 4-6

There must be a reason why the price is low. For the size of the house (interior), size of the land (exterior), 12 bedrooms, beachfront. I think it lacks security. There doesnt seem like much protection from people st the beach making their way into your backyard. Even worse, what if you don't live all year round?
Still an awesome house though, I just wouldn't feel I am protected at all times, when I wasn't in town.

Dream villa
C'est ultra-moderne mais c'est quand même beau. Il y a de efforts e déco. Très sympa la balançoire en 1.18 et 1.46
La chambre en 1.42 pas mal
De belles couleurs pour ces divans sur la mer en 1.56
Le salon en 2.27 est quand même convivial. Les canapés sont accueillants.
Et le soir, à la terrasse, c'est quand même magique.
I wish these people would build Bungalows too...Stairs are so yesterday! ;)
