I understand what you mean, but we must never suggest that archaeological findings prove the Bible to be true. The Scriptures themselves prove the Word of God to be true. These findings are simply evidences that the Bible is an historical, factual Book.
I recommend the documentaries Patterns of Evidence: The Exodus/The Moses Controversy, and also the 3-part Pharaohs & Kings: A Biblical Quest. One's made by a believer who kinda hadda crisis of Faith, the latter by an Agnostic and brilliant Egyptologist with some notions that many find uncomfortable but they're undeniably based on sound logic.I recommend the documentaries Patterns of Evidence: The Exodus/The Moses Controversy, and also the 3-part Pharaohs & Kings: A Biblical Quest. Since there are some pretty sensationalized or overly Evangelical-infused attempts to force history to merge with the Biblical narratives out there, it was pretty surprising to find some legit, grounded evidence on the subject of the Early Israelites in Egypt, their enslavement, departure, and entrance into Canaan.
How come we find ancient Inca, Mesopotamia, Persian Greek, Chinese, Roman, Egyptian, Indian, Aboriginal, Jewish and other ancient civilizations and cultures and yet, nothing has ever been discovered of Palestinian ancient civilization before 1964.
Okay, but it's a bit small to be a seal/bulla or leave an imprint of any kind. Unless seal means something else entirely in this context, in which case apologies. Also, that's a very loose use of the word ashlar, unless, of course, the texture resulted from the intervening fire, in which case again apologies.
Anno Domini is Latin for "in the year of the lord" referring to the birth of JESUS CHRIST. Ce, the abbreviation for "common era" is used to mark time in the same way. Bc means "before CHRIST" and bce stands for "before the common era". Bc and bce are interchangeable. Bce and ce are used to appease non believers. This is an easy google search.
That's what I'm wondering too. Almost nobody has last names in the Bible, certainly not in the Old Testament. Even in the New Testament with names like "John Mark" and "Pontius Pilate" the last names aren't much like modern last names, and are very uncommon.
@heard3879 When Jews speak of the Bible, nobody is thinking of the Christian books. Families names did not exist until modern times. Romans used clan/tribal names.
Maybe you're know this already and are making a point... If not, then here it is: The former AD became renamed CE "common era" and the former BC became named BCE "before common era".

This is awesome!
For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open.
Just wonderful...thank you all for paving the way for so many to follow.
Pretty significant find. I'm actually not a religious person but even to me this does verify some aspects of the OT. If it's legit.

Interesting, the first gentlemen said "586 BC", while the subtitle had that damned "BCE". Someone should listen to what was being said.

@@yisraeliteinternationalcha2058 I am fully aware of all this. The point of the change is to remove Christ from people's awareness.
