    I'm on a similar journey. I've been doing a water fast. I break the water fast at night. I literally just drink water, coffee and black tea at times. I walk about 8,000-10,000 steps. This is my second. I was at around 160lbs. I'm at around 145lbs now. I don't even think about food during the day. As far as my workouts. Lately they've been bodyweight movements. Thanks for keeping me on track with you video.💯
